1. Processing & Handling Times

All orders are processed within 1-15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification with tracking information when your order has shipped.

Note: During high-volume periods (such as holidays or major sales), processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience!

3. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at tahur2025@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

•  We happily ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses using standard shipping methods.

6. Damages, Lost Packages, and Returns

If you receive your order damaged, or if it gets lost in transit, please reach out to us immediately.

• Damaged Items: Please email tahur2025@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
